Guest guest
I have contacted the Larabars company, which makes granola bars from pure ingredients- dates, nuts and dehydrated fruits. They tell me NOTHING is added at any stage of the process. The same is true of the company, Justtomatoes, which deydrate fruit and vegetables- again, nothing added. I also contacted Knudsens about their juices. Again, they concentrate their juice with nothing added and then rehydrate it with filtered water to allow them the variety of juice all year round. Could I be confident enough to give these snacks and drinks to my daughter who is following the SCD and making good progress? Are beets legal? I saw the ingredient-sodium lactate from beets, on a package of Apple gate Farms organic beef. I read somewhere where AF products are used on this diet. Could I also be confident of giving her the ground beef burgers which are 100% meat according to the label and man I spoke to on the phone? She doesn't like homemade ones.
