Well, Marilyn, I'll send you some more, it is 9pm and it is 97. It was 114

degrees today here. I'm coming to your house.

Well, first of all my dentist appt was great. No cavities. They still don't

know what's wrong with my leg, so they gave me a steroid shot, but only half

a dose because of the surgery. So, tonight I'm sick from the mega dose of

antibiotic from the dentist and my leg is killing me. LOL

Okay now to the important stuff. is still sick. She has a creep for a

dr. They did a CT scan of her brain and sinusus. Everything was okay. Said

her sinuses showed allergy and not infection. Her lab work proved she didn't

have mono and her white blood cell count went from 7,500 to 4,200. He said

that was a typical viral infection. I told him she could get NO, and I mean

NO air through her nose even with the decongestant and the nasal spray. I

asked if he would give her rhinocort or another nasal spray that was a RX and

not over the counter. He told me it was TOO dangerous to give her a steroid

spray because it would lower her resistance to fight off the infection. I

think that's a bunch of bull. A few days of being able to breathe is worth

it. He said he knew she was real sick but would watch her for a few days.

She goes back tomorrow at 1:30. He was mad because she didn't take the

vicodin yesterday. She told him it made her sick and he said he wouldn't put

her in the hospital because she didn't do as she was told. Well, I lit into

him. He gave her ambien so she could sleep tonight since she hasn't slept in

5 days. All he does is prescribe pain & sleeping pills.

I asked my PCP what he would do and he said he would take her to the ER

tonight. I came home and guess what.. the ER won't see her because they had

to call her dr to get permission to treat her and he said she didn't have

anything that was an emergency. Well, I told them they would hear from my

lawyer if something happens.

didn't want to stay and she just walked out the door. don't know if I

was madder at the dr or at her. I will give the dr a piece of my mind

tomorrow. Hopefully it is only a really bad virus and it will just take

time. It will be 7 days tomorrow.

Okay, now that I've vented, i will sign off. I'm going to bed and start

again tomorrow. I have a field vision test at 9:30 and then to take

back to the dr.

I hope everyone is well. If I don't answer your posts you will know it is

just because I'm pooped. LOL BUT, please know that I'm reading them all and

sending lots of good thoughts and prayers to those in need and hoping the

rest of you continue to do GREAT! I will update you tomorrow, IF I'm not in

jail. LOL
