Guest guest
This message is for Mimi (or anyone else who can help. I need the following lines translated from my recent blood report, my doc's visit is not till another week: 'Glutamico-Piruvico Transaminasa en suero' (in serum) - it needs to be < 32 U/L and I have a reading of 36 U/L. BTW, it was 20 U/L in May. Not sure what this implies. 'Antigeno Carcinoembrionario (CEA) en suero' - it needs to be < 2.5 ng/ml and my reading is 5.81 ng/ml (!!) Agian I have no idea what this is and am worried about this value. 'Glutamico-Oxalacetico Transaminasa en suero - it is within the range, should be <31 U/L, and my reading is 29 U/L. But in May it was 18 U/L. Does this have something to do with oxalates? Is my increased reading good or bad? Under the heading 'Seminologia' (Serologia T.A.B.M. en suero) there is: EBERTH H 1:20 (this was negative in May) EBERTH O 1:20 (this was also negative in May) Under the heading 'SERIE BLANCA' (white blood cell counts?), my 'Linfocitos' (lymphocytes?) reading is lower than the range. My reading is 1091 and the range is 1500-4500. The' Leucocitos' (leukocytes ?) reading is 4070 when the range is 4000-10000, This reading has gone down since May (4710 in May). Under the heading 'SERIE ROJA' (red blood cell counts?) the 'rdw' is 15.6 when it needs to be < 15. Many thanks, Suneeti (Crohns 12 years, 2 surgeries, no meds currently, preparing to take Entocort and maybe Imuran) _________________________________________________________________ Find a local pizza place, music store, museum and more…then map the best route! http://local.live.com
