They had me started on it post op immediately via the IV. Then 2

weeks after, and a third dose 2 weeks after that again. Has anybody

had any experiences with this med. I may have another in a month or

so I think they said. I know that it mimics the somatostantin made

by the panc but what is it supposed to do? If anybody knows please

fill me in? This one has me a bit confused.

Thanks I hope everybody is doing ok. I have been in a blue funk

these last few weeks and havn't felt much like talking. I'm sorry

if I let anybody down. Please know that any of ya'll can send me a

private email any time you wish. I always respond to those.

Heidi, are you ok? You dont seem like yourself lately. Do you need

to talk? I would be happy to drive to meet you somewhere. Theres a

restaurant up near Edisto the Firehouse or something. Touted to be

fabulous, I could handle a ride up for a light early dinner late

lunch sort of thing. Or if you prefer something closer to the Holy

city, just let me know, I have this new car to drive around now.

Or would you be more like going up that hwy 70 something that goes

to Aiken but passes through all these little towns like Blackville

(where they have railroad days and I have always wanted to go to

that). It is a lovely drive with all these mom and pop type old

stores that I would have loved to stop in at. Cant do that with a

husband trying to 'Make time " on the drive to our kid's sporting

event in Aiken.

You do sound like you could use a well worn ear. Let me know if you

want to get together or if not just gab on the phone. Any time sug,

and I mean that.
