Well sweetie, I guess you thought and I wished that the results would be

negative, right? That's why you told me as you did. No such luck, though.

And if what you say about the frequent skin exposure and tan are harder to

stick, well you know that by now I'm as brown as my eyes and practically live

out doors, so I guess that part's my fault. You're forgiven, of course!!!

I still think it was kind of nervy for my attorney's assistant to ask me why I

just

didn't hurry up and ask the doctor to test the right arm and hand, too.

Obviously, the young thing had never had to go through anything like this

herself....

You watch out closely for those light shows and the bowling games in the

skies. We've been having our fair share of them down here, too, hard enough

to rattle the windows and make you jump out of your skin when they hit! But

they do help to bring the miserable temps down into the high 80's, and that's a

relief. Last week's heat was a scorcher and my clothes were sticking to my

skin three minutes after walking out of the house and soaking wet in ten.

Austin came home from summer camp yesterday and his dad, , arrived

from Oklahoma today. We're taking Austin and his road trip buddy from last

summer to Universal Studios on Thursday for a few days.....I imagine two 12

year olds will have a lot of fun, and us older folks, too. Take care of

yourself.
