Guest guest
hi ashley, i am pretty new to scd but by no means new to diet intervention for my daughter as it has been part of our life for over 1.5 yrs... i have done baking with coconut flour with great success and i know coconut is allowed on scd but im not sure at what stage - can someone say when coconut flour can be used in baking??? another suggestion would be to grind pumpkin seeds (again - this is later - stage 5 i think?) - i have made LOD biscuits using this type of flour and they turned out fine! goodluck, roweena x mumma to audrey 3 yrs food intolerance (leaky gut) and behaviour issues > I have been searching for things for my son to eat while on this > diet.
