chickenpot pie recipe & chicken & biscuits

Hi,

Does anyone have a good recipe for chicken potpie, and one for chicken, white

gravy and biscuits? Before starting SCD those were my son's favorite. He is

really missing them!

I actually made chicken and biscuits the other night.

I used coconut milk for the milk in the recipe and cooked it down some

to make it thicker. Hmmm... I'll have to think about exactly how I

did it.

For biscuits I use the biscuits from the strawberry shortcake recipe

in Grain Free Gourmet and leave out the honey. I always get raves

about them. Oh and I add some salt.
