I haven't a scientific answer but I will attest that I can use cow cheese but

only tolerate the

goat yogurt.

It may be that you digest the yogurt but the good bacteria are causing

too much die off. Try waiting a while. Also, the yogurt has natural

enzymes that may be too hard on you if you aren't healed enough. Some

people find that dripping the yogurt makes it easier to tolerate.
