Guest guest
Bob, Unfortunately I've been offline for several days, or I would have seen this sooner. My first comment is to suggest that you ask this new doctor, who is supposed to be a specialist, to read what Tricor can do. Tricor is one of the most well known medications that can cause pancreatitis!! Just type the words Tricor and pancreatitis into any good search engine and you'll get hundred's of hits. Whenever in doubt about any new medication, check it out at: http://www.rxlist.com This is the best site I've seen for pharmaceutical questions. You really don't want to be taking a medication that has such a strong reputation for causing medically induced pancreatitis. I've got more to say about your unhappy situation, but I really wanted to get this message to you first. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth South Carolina SC & SE Regional Rep.
