Guest guest
Hi , Ask your doctor to send you to a pain clinic. It can be a family doc or your GI. I asked my GI who did my last ERCP with a pancreatic stent to send me to a pain clinic...Ask your doctors to do that....I'm coping with life. I take 10/625 mg of Pecocet two/three times a day. Plus Phenergan..This will make you comfortable until you can find out what is next... NO doctor should ever refuse to send you to a pain doctor...It's up to the pain doctor to know if you need the medication...Pick a pain med. center that has experience with all types of pain...The pain doc could give you the Dx...he sees all of it...Tell your doctor, " let the pain doc see if I need the drugs. " Check in phone book and other's in your area..Call the pain clinic ask do you treat pancreatitis or upper right or left pain......I too had pancreatitis and my labs are still normal today and my MRCP's..now ERCP's is another story. Funny now after getting on the Pain drugs ....My bowels work better now that ever...I was having way to much pain.Your body can not take that. in Ga. from Ohio
