Guest guest
First of all Sharon, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I'm so sorry the birthday fairy has not kept up with the birthdays, but I promise.....errrrrr.......she promises to get them done this weekend. LOL. I do hope you can sit down, remember the great times you had with your dad and if a tear or two.........or three or more fall thinking about the great times you had last year during your birthday with him, then it's really OK. He's right there with you, don't ever think he's not and he loves you more today than ever. God might take away the physical being, but never the memories or the wonderful spirit he has. Try your best to smile through the tears during your memories and know he loves you very much and is whispering in your ear " HAPPY BIRTHDAY, I LOVE YOU!!! " My thoughts and prayers are with you today Sharon, I've been there, done that and do it every year. Try to remember the good times and SMILE when you do. He wants to see that smile on your face. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY FRIEND. Hope it was a good one for you. W ]>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I have been having a hard time dealing with my dad's passing away. Can someone tell me what a birthday and grieving have in common. Tomorrow is my birthday and my father was here last year for it. Now, all of a sudden I am realizing he's not going to be here I'm feel like the grieving is just beginning?? My Mom too, she always had a beautiful card for me and the memories are very vivid.
