Guest guest
This is a more severe problem than " the CF Voice, " which can be ignored. What this means is that the moment the phone rings the " gasp, choke and 'gargle,' " often accompanied by violent and uncontrollable coughing, begins. This leads to the next problem with those who have CF: the urgent need to use the toilet, which is most awkward when one is on the phone. At this point, one does not belabor the gender issue; one requests a call back and makes a " mad dash! " The life of those with CF is indeed totally unpredictable; the worst is the " pooping in the pants syndrome, " which is known to many adults, parents and relatives. Love to all at cfparents and cfsupport (conncoll), n Rojas
