Guest guest
Dear All, Today Liam vomited. He seems to have a low fever and is listless. I know that a fever, fatigue, and nausea are common symptoms of die-off, but I'm wondering if vomiting is also part of it (I imagine so this is an extension of nausea). Clearly it could just be the flu and I'm reading too much into it. Has anyone else experienced actual vomiting from die-off--I googled this and didn't see vomiting as part of the symptoms. (Today was the second day [after taking two days off] that I gave him the goat's milk yogurt (1/2 teaspoon.) (He had a voracious appetite today and was swinging on our front porch swing when he had the emesis--but hours after he had last eaten.) He also has more of the pimply rash (it seems to be spreading further down his extremities), and he has those little rashy dry places on the corners of his mouth. I consult with Jody Goddard (one of the SCD consultants)--I highly recommend using this service for other newbies like myself. She suggested activated charcoal to help with the die-off. What have others' experiences been with this substance? I saw it in the health food store--what brands do others recommend? Thank you, Audrey Mom to ASD 2.9 y.o.
