Fentanyl (Duragesic) Patches

Hello All,

Trying to keep my wife's pain under control, the doctors finally

suggested fentanyl patches. She is still not eating and on TPN until

her inflammation gets better. This is her 3rd month on the TPN. Her

CT's, MRCP, US do not reveal any pseudocysts or abcess, but there is

significant necrosis. In order to have the pain controlled when she

comes back home, they are suggesting Fentanyl.

Has anyone had any experience using Fentanyl patches for pain control?
