Guest guest
Hello again Shar > I don't lik to see him hungry ( it is a childhood issue of mine ) he > will not eat his dinner or lunch. He also had low energy when on the > diet (good thing was the stims were low). Is it possible that his low energy was from die off, since he was only on it for two weeks? Other people have reported fatigue, lethargy at the onset of the diet. Epsom salt baths and/or legal activated charcoal may help reduce that. see http://pecanbread.com/difficulties.html#initial and http://pecanbread.com/badreaction.html > Anyway, I want to get back into the diet ( i have very much faith in > it) but I am so stressed about it that I feel angry and even yell at > my wonderful son. > Has or is anyone feeling this way? A lot of parents feel incredible stress starting the diet. Maybe some will write in and share their stories. > I also have my sister who thinks I am out of my mind to put him on > such strict diet and always nags me that he needs rice and such carbs > to keep him full and energetic. > That is also so stressful. The rice may keep him " full " , but its' making him sick; trying pointing out that when you remove the harmful carbohydrates that his stims were low and that was only two weeks into the diet. > I need very yummy snack ideas ( no nuts ) for school snack besides > jello but it is filling and gives him energy. Are you still using the nut free muffin recipe you posted? To give more ideas we'd need to know what he tolerates now,.
