I know this question has been asked recently but what are 'normal' measurements? We just got our sons from CT who started his band on 12/1. His Cranial Vault is 12mm - Mid-Face is 5 mm - Skull Base is 8 mm. His Standard Deviation on his Cephalic Index is 3.41. What range does he fall in? Moderate? Severe? Thanks! - Cole - DOCband since 12/
