I have read many posts about children wcf who have chronic

sinusitis. Can anyone tell me what it is and the symptoms? My

almost 3 yr old seems to have a constant problem with nasal and sinus

drainage. Sometimes infected but mostly just clear or slightly

yellow drainage. He is only allergic to milk and eggs (neither of

which is he ever exposed to since he is totally g-tube fed) so the

allergies aren't the reason. He also seems to have a little bit of

fluid constantly in one ear. Antibiotics don't seem to be helping

clear up the drainage (not infected). Is there anything else that it

could be? His lungs are 100% clear (gotta love that). Just trying

to figure out how to clear him up. Anti-histimines seem to dry up the

drainage too much (too hard to suck out). We give him Sudafed and

Advil to hopefully reduce the nasal swelling. Poor thing can't

breathe through his nose. Any help is appreciated!!!
