Hi,

Yes, I am so glad that I joined this group. Have made lots of

friends and they've all been so encouraging about fighting this

nasty disease. I count my blessing everyday that I have a good

rheumatologist who dx me, and everyone in this group who convinced me

to take the metho out of the cupboard and start taking it. I am

sure it has saved my life.

I talked to my sister this evening and she's not doing so good. I

am worried about her. She's still not doing as well as I think she

should be after this length of time. She is under a lot of stress

with this up coming move, on top of recovering from major surgery.

I will probably go over and see her on Friday.

Think I will have to bite the bullet and have my Rambo cat put to

sleep this week. He is eating good, using his litter box and

drinking lots of water, but he is still falling over. Usually just

when he shakes his head. The vet thought it was a middle ear

infection, but after almost a week on antibiotics and steriods, he

hasn't recovered. It makes me soooo sad, but I know his dignity is

important and I am just being selfish by hanging on. It will really

be tough.
