Egg yolks are almost all fat; the whites have none; we use the alternative

brand

in a carton--I know, no poached, fried or boiled eggs--just omelettes!

A regular sized egg has 10grams of fat in it. So they definitely do

need enzymes. I have my fat bible in front of me. Eggs really shocked

me with the amount of fat, thank goodness I absolutely hate them with a

passion.

Also a big fat shock was Subway. Some of those rolls things have 15+

grams of fat in them.
