I mean do eggs have fat? And exactly what do > enzymes really cover, I know juices,,jello and those type of foods do not need > enzymes. I was just thinking about it. Guest guest Posted December 3, 2003 Report Share Posted December 3, 2003 A regular sized egg has 10grams of fat in it. So they definitely do need enzymes. I have my fat bible in front of me. Eggs really shocked me with the amount of fat, thank goodness I absolutely hate them with a passion. Also a big fat shock was Subway. Some of those rolls things have 15+ grams of fat in them.
