Looking back I wished I'd stayed longer, but since I was doing aerobics at 4 days post-op I felt I needed some " food " and oatmeal wasn't getting it! Make sure you do the supplements-really make a difference. I cared for myself in this order (just how I did it,not recommending): Fluids-gatorade,juice,broth,and water Potassium- yogurt,V-8,and juice Protien: protein powder (GNC has an unflavored powder) in broth/soup,yogurt Salt:soup, gatorade, and crackers. Along w/ the rest of the supplements, and vitamin(3x/day). Some days I was full of energy, and some days I felt like a 1/2 flushed toilet(sorry). On those days I rechecked my " list " to make sure I was getting everything, and then took a nap. Now my energy level is constant and my wt. loss has slowed,as expected.
