I always thought that one would have to lose alot of weight before it would

effect your blood pressure... I am just surprised that 1 week and 15 lbs

could take care of any

other health problems. does anyone know why there is such a quick change?

And also, does anyone know if this surgery has any effect on a hypothyroid

condition and the need for meds after surgery?
