Guest guest
Well, I just finished my pt letter!! I had been thinking all along that I would NEVER get ten pages in but I got 12!! (written) Now I have the fun job of tying it all out. I will see my pcp on Thursday so hopefully it won't be long now!!!!! BYW I decided to keep my letter a little more personal than the sample letter after all.. I figured.. that is who I am so why try to make it look like someone else's. :<) Now I have to type up my pt contact list.. I see that it says to write the name, date, mode of contact and written info documenting that contact was made. Do we type it up as a list with a little info we found out from each person... or just their stats?? Thanks and Blessings!! Cindy
Guest guest
Hi Cindy, congratulations on finishing your letter! That is one of the hardest parts of the packet. Yes you need a synopsis of your contacts, not just the stats. You're almost done. Again congratulations. Marjory 8/30/00 285/265 > Well, I just finished my pt letter!!
