I would like to preface my statements by saying I am not a Dr R moonie. He is

not a deity. However, as the days go by, I am impressed with him as a person.

I am not warm and fuzzy. Ask the list. I don't sugar coat anything.

Some people don't get responses to every email. If the issue is not life

threatening or can be answered on his website or in the manual...he won't

respond. If you approach him with a @##$ (rhymes with city) attitude, you

won't get a response. He has responded to EVERY one of my emails. And I am

not his pet. I am about as pissy as they come.

I was sick for three straight months. I was vomiting and had severe nausea. I

couldn't eat real food until week 13. I have never been ignored when I needed

assistance. In fact, I didn't tell him that I was sick. He read it on the

post op list and jumped in. I have lost about 60 pounds in almost four

months. I will know for sure next Friday.

Some people will have complications. Some complications are self inflicted

(i.e...making poor food choices,etc.) I pretty much follow the rules, unless

they aren't working for me. I take responsibility for my weight loss. I am an

average loser. I personally will not complain until I have done EVERYTHING

possible to succeed at this. So, I eat right, I take my vitamins, I drink the

citrucel, I exercise, and I have a positive attitude. So, I would do this a

thousand times over. I REFUSE TO BE FAT EVER AGAIN!!!!!
