Guest guest
The ct scan showed some inflammation at the surgical site. The doc said tht it is still my healing from the surgery. He said it would be no problem for me to return to work. He also wrote for some more pain meds. I went my by unit and told my supervisor that I could return on the 21. I was given a deadline of the 22 as per flma laws. I was told I can request 30 additional days if my recovery needed it. seems to feel that if I return slowly that would be ok. He also asked how long it will take before I have my benefites completely reinstated. I'm not sure about that one. When I saw my super yesterday she said the a letter from was needed that stated my work limititations. I phoned his secretary from my cell asking her to relay that message about the letter. When I got home yesterday there was an email from my boss saying that she needed the letter by this Friday. 2 days. She is going on vacation next week and needs it before she goes. Now she and I have never gotten along, she is a rather unpleasant person. But couldn'nt she have told me this before. I told her weeks ago I was shooting for the 21. Now at the last minute she wants me to pull a doctors letter out of thin air in less then 2 days. Doctors dont work that fast, you know that. I dont know what will happen if he cant get the letter to her by then. Do I actually have to clock in before I am truly reactivated? I dont know. What a pain she is. Oh well got take each day as it comes. I'll give ' secretary a call this morning. I hope your still feeling well and rested from your trip. Dont jump into your summer duties too quickly, take your time and enjoy the quiet of the halls. Chrissy
