Well, we finally got our referall processed and we are going for the dsi

(imaging) tomorrow. I am curious what to expect, I know that they will put a

stocking on him and take the image, but what happens after that, do they let you

see it? Where does everyone get the numbers from, like how everyone discusses

the mm of their childs head? Does that come from that imaging. We will

actually get the band next Thursday. Feeling really really relieved to get on

with this!

You will be so surprised. The imaging process is so easy and your baby will

hardly even fuss. Just make sure you baby has a clean diaper, full tummy and

his/her favorite toy/blanket with him/her. When my son was banded in 2005, they

did not having the DSI imaging. They had to create a cast of my sons head using

plaster, it was messy, and a very long process. Don't worry, everything will be

great. Godd Luck.
