Guest guest
Good morning! I got received a phone call from a young mother with a six month old child with neck tightness and plagiocephaly including some facial asymmetry. She is " struggling " with her insurance company to provide coverage. She has just been asked to provide documentation that she has tried 6 months of repositioning. Has any of you had this experience with your insurance provider? If you did, what did they accept as documentation? Thanks in advance.
