Hi Heidi,

Thank you so much for your warm welcome back. Yes I have been busy and have had

a few flares ups too. But none of them were serious, thank heavens!!!! Now

about your questions, Ed is doing great. He is adjusting very well and will

only drink diet cherry coke. We were out last night to a steak fry and we ran

out of diet cherry coke, so he said to get him a regular coke, but then he said

it didn't take right. I guess that's good that he has now gotten so use to diet

that now regular soda doesn't taste good to him. He has also lost over 30

pounds, which is great, since he was about 100 lbs overweight. We have been to

the diabetic educator, which I think helped him understand a little, but at

least it was a good refresher to me. He takes his lunch to work and only eat

what I pack for him and only eats what I make for dinner, so he's really doing

great. Now for the girls, they are both doing great too. Elissa, the oldest

one, went away this weekend with some friends to the Pocono's, to see the NASCAR

Race. She has called us several times today and she was so excited. This is

the first time she has ever been to an actual race. She does watch it ever

Sunday with her friends, she went with them and they all like different drivers,

which makes watching it a lot of fun. She is a Junior fan. and

are both doing well. I am little concern about Health, as she worries

too much about her job, and when she gets home she keeps on warring about

things. It's like she can't turn off work. It's like looking at myself all

over again, when I was her age. And by doing all the worrying about my job, got

me absolutely nowhere. She is having pain in her right side and now it's in her

left side too. This all sounds too familiar to me. I only hope and pray that

it's just stress related and nothing more. I a little concern that she may be

getting an ulcer too. I just wish she could learn to relax more. I can see so

much of myself in her, it's scary. Now for some good news... husband

, got a very nice promotion at his bank, and now has people working under

him. I can't remember what his title is now. But I do know that the bank is

very pleased with his work.

We have been very busy fixing up the house. We are working on the Kitchen right

now and it's looking very nice.

Well, I didn't mean to write a book. Do you have any suggestions on how I can

get to Relax and stop worrying about everything. We have been busy

with the house, as we are redoing the kitchen. It's starting to take shape and

it looking good.

Now for you. How have you been??? Good I hope!!!!!!!!!!!! Has you daughter

gotten married yet????? I'm sorry, but I can't remember her wedding date. I

hope everything has been very good for you and your family. Thank you once

again for your lovely post. It's always a pleasure to hear from you.
