Guest guest
Patty: All I can say is that I agree wholeheartedly. I have heard of MANY people that seem to get pancreatitis right after GB removal. Whether the GB removal caused it or whether the problem existed before the surgery to remove the GB is the question I guess. That's probably the reason the surgeon had me sign a waiver saying that it was basically only 70% that the GB removal would end my problems and 30% that the problems would continue and that I wasn't to hold him responsible, etc., etc......If I didn't have this group, I don't know what I would do. The support is so very much appreciated and I always feel a bit guilty because most of the time I'm posting it's with regard to me, me, me......and I hate that!! I just want everyone to know of my appreciation for all input they give me and that I also have empathy for anything that anyone here is going thru. > > > > > , > > > > > When I had my 1st big panc attack my face was ashen also.
