hey heidi i know you originally wrote to cyndi but i wanted to talk with you for

a minute if you dont mind. You had mentioned that the patch it the best thing

and i do agree with you on that one but i did have a question for you but let me

tell you I am a 28 year old male that has had Pancreatitis for about 7 years now

but all doctors said no you to young until i got the us with the endoscopy and

found out that is what i have and now its to late to do surgery and i was seeing

this pain doctor that was giving me NORCO 10mg Hydrocodone and 325mg of

acetominaphine and i was taking that for years i mean years and i can just

immagine what my liver looks like. WEll my insurance changed and I had to change

Pain docs and now im seeing this guy who is great he is a christian and i can

trust him and he started me on the patch at 25mcg with 2 mg of dilaudid but i am

6ft and was 259 at that time and the patch didnt work so he increased it to

50mcg with 4mg Dilaudid and then 75mcg and in the past 2 weeks i am now 219lbs

and not kidding i lost like 30 lbs in 2 weeks because i cant eat it hurts or i

throw up..and i went back with him and i told him that its not working and was

honest i told him its effecting my marriage and my work and everything and he

increased the Patch to 100mcg and the Dilaudid to 8mg every 4 hrs. MY question

to you is why do you think that its not good to take it.. everything before it

didnt work and now well its only been 2 days so i dont know but i will find

out.. well i just wanted to ask you that and please get back with me ok..
