Guest guest
I would be happy to be a contact, but won't respond to open contact request ..Admittedly because I don't want to copy down that persons e-mail address and then have to do it off-list. I spend alot of time at the computer(after a year of " researching " my family is getting tired of seeing my back!) So,if you need a contact, please email me personally. The response will be quicker. When I looked for contacts I looked for someone travelling from my area, who had a similar profession or had complications. I e-mailed 12 and got 10 responses. I asked specific questions that I needed to know. I've only heard of 1 person who would not have this surgery again....out of almost 900,so don't be surprised if everyone says yes. My phone # is ,but my hours are varied,I'm online and now after that BIG bill last week,I can't return ph. calls. My hubby's a full-time + student and I'm supporting the family right now. So MY point is that if you're wondering why you might not be getting a response to your contact request that may be why. For me,I love being a contact. I enjoy watching people go through this process. It was a nice feature I never expected from the surgery. Osler MGB 2/21/00 272/
