I'm two weeks postop and today I went to the YMCA and walked a mile. (worked up a real sweat). Thanks Amarylis for the advice about the yougart. It worked. (Advice fat free, sugar free, will agree with new tummy) This morning I had a half cup of stawberry cheesecake yougart, it was great and I was full so I think for lunch I'm going to have the other half cup and some juice or gadorade. I have so much energy now that I'm driving my kids crazy. I don't work during the week so there is nothing left for me to do but clean my house and it drives my kids crazy. Well just wanted to post jumping over one hurdle (by walking a mile)and let everybody know that there are more hurdles out there but I'm ready for them. in Kannapolis Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
