You really shouldn't have any cause for worry. Mayo will certainly be able to tell him if there's anything that he needs to be concerned about, but from your reports, he's doing well. He's smart to have them check it out, anyhow, at Mayo, just so he can be assured that everthing inside looks as well as it's been behaving.
