I think my boys may have phenol sensitities, though I do not know much about

phenols. I have recently taken eggs out of their diet due to an allergy test

showing sensitivities. I saw increased eye contact and alertness.

They are on goat yogurt every day and SCDophilus capsules for their probiotics.

I have been able to feed them banana in small quantities, but for some reason

yesterday they ate two bananas each. Their almond muffins had pureed apple

yesterday instead of pear. Last night, their cheeks had a bright red rash and

their behavior began to dimininish - less eye contact, less alertness, walking

around more aimlessly. They had trouble going to sleep last night and then were

awake again before 6am. Today they have not been as alert (I am sure they are

very sleepy). Could all of this be due to eating too many bananas in a day.

Any advice? They are 2 1/2 and very picky eaters. I feel like we have kind of

gotten in a groove with 2 almond muffins a day made with pureed pear and coconut

oil, goat yogurt, zuchinni and pear pureed together with coconut oil (for some

added fat), chicken cupcakes, avocado and banana pureed together, some more goat

yogurt.

Thanks,
