Hi My name is Lucy. Last wed. I got the shot in the spine, they put in

morphine and a very strong numbing stuff. Then they left a cacathetor in for

two more days so I could come back for more medication. Well the second day, the

doc put a little to much of the numbing stuff and I couldn't feel anything from

my waist down to my toes. Such avery strange feeling. Well I had to stay at the

office of the doc who done it. the third day he put the medicine in and remove

the cathetor sent me home. Well I was getting a ride from a van that the doc has

to pick us up and take us home. when I got out I had severe pain from the back

of my knees all the way down under the bottom of my feet. So I went in the house

called the doccc I talked to a nurse she said she had talked to the doc and he

said just take your meds lay flat with a icepack on your spine. So I did. Well I

didn't sleep but 2hr waking to the same severr pain. I called the doc aaging

they paged him it took him almost one hour to get back to me. so I was pacing

back and forth cause if I sat down it only got worse. So I was so tired of

pacing and out of breath cause I was in such pain. The Dr. finally calls me

back I was crying very upset he told me to take another pain pill now. So I did

it was about 6:00pm I called the parimedics they came and checked me out said

I should go to the hospital but this ablunce only went to Av hopsital which I

did not want to go therrr and my DR was in at Henery mayo, I call the doc when

I get there He said he would call the hospital well nobody heard from him in

the er.after I saw the triage nurse saw me and they had a bed in the back so

they took me in. The doc came in to see me from er and said my doc hasn't

called I asked her to please treat me. So she gave me ssome morphine to calm me

down she said she needs to talk too my docter. So he calls me. says he will

admit me and put me on a morphine drip every 20min I get morphine 12mg plus

oxeycotton 60mg every 12 hrs and a percet for the extrem headack. The sever

headake was caaued fro m the spine the cathetor leaked out in the spine so that

was the day I went back cause of the sever headake so he said that wass a spinal

headake and he had to put a blood patch on which meant to knock me out get blood

out of my arm and put it back in the spine so it would form a blood clot to fill

where it leaked. So my head was feeling a little better.I went home and thats

when the other pain I told you about begain.

So this is the reason I ended up in the hospital. All done b y his work in my

spine I went thru so much from last week by the way when I came out of it I had

the worst headak and told the nurse about it and she said she would get me a

shot. it didn't help.

So I spent 3 daays in the hospital and today my spine and head started hurting

again the nurse called the doc to see if I could get 100 mg demorl in the hip

and he said no. So I calle d his service and said if you can't help me in the

hospital realease me by 6:00pm or I am leaving so he called and relased me. I

was to see a nuro surgen but they never came by I am to follow up with them on

my own. I have had it with this doc but I need some reffeals in the santa

clarita area or maybe futher out. I am in need of a good pain doc and gi doc who

will except Aetna ins. Please help I should have never done anything to involve
