Guest guest Posted May 10, 2002 Report Share Posted May 10, 2002 I have been taking prednisone since the end of March. I don't believe it is helping my RP. I also have been losing weight (I can't afford to do this)! Does one have to do with the other? The doctor did suggest I take the prednisone for a longer period of time but this is the fourth day of my raised dose and my ear still hurts. I feel run down and on top of everything else developed a sore throat. Please let me know if you have any advice to give to me.
