Guest guest
We started SCD 9 days ago on my 2.8 y.o. ASD son. His bowels are shaping up nicely (and his behavior is improving daily). My mother made for him the " ice cream " in the Healing Tummies cookbook--with the eggs, cinnamon, honey, etc. (I realize this is a little soon on the diet to do this.) We gave him about three bites to test it last night and, of course, he loved it. I was thinking of *eventually* using the " ice cream " ever so sparingly for ABA reinforcers (maybe once or twice per week--only 1/4 cup each time). What I am concerned about though is that the eggs are raw. This makes me feel pretty uneasy. What are other's thoughts/experiences with this? Thank you, Audrey 2.8 y.o.
