Janssen, the manufacturer's of the duragesic patch, will send

you a large supply of an adhesive film called " Bioclusive " that is

placed over the duragesic patches. This thin, clear adhesive film

is totally waterproof and WILL NOT come off until you pull it off

with force when you are done using your patch. It comes in a

large enough size that it will cover two patches at a time, if you

wear that many.

Call their Customer Action Center at 1- Monday

through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST and tell

them you are having problems getting the patches to stay on,

and they will send you the Bioclusive coverage film for FREE.

I used to spend $5.00-$10.00 on drugstore bandages and

adhesive tapes trying to keep my duragesic patches on every

month, and sometimes those still didn't cover that well or

wouldn't stay on that well, until I found out that Janssen already

had a solution to this problem.

Once they send you your first supply, they will send you a form to

fill out so that you will automatically be sent free refill supplies of

the Bioclusive patches as long as you need them. I received my

first supply within a couple of days after I spoke with a Janssen

representative on the phone.
