Guest guest
Dear Deanna, please read the very informativ message from Lynn Chandler!!!!!!! Hello Deanna, I have been using Sandostatin for about 3 weeks and in the beginning felt as it was helping me out. But as it is so unpredictable my attacks and pain it all hit me again last week for 3 days and my despair just went 100 degrees. No real side-effects in this short time, but I dont know anything this is just a wild guess and trial. It seems this is a quite new treatment, has been used after pancreas surgery before and carcionomas and so on.....Who else knows? I am also curious if any more information about this treatment would be available. Noticed that muscle pain and weakness was discussed. I am totally wiped out when having an attack, the whole body hearths, muscles, cant hardly walk, dizzy spells. Well, I hope for a new doctor next week, possibly couple of days in hospital, will ask more there. Sandostatin has been given to me by a med.doc friend. Many kind regards Sonja
