In looking at the legal probiotics I've noticed they are a lot less

then what we are taking presently, at 3 billion/cap when we're used to

20 billion however maybe that's because it's only 1 strain. Is this

okay or should we take a few instead of one/day?

Michele,

Elaine only wanted us to take 3 billion cfu per day anyway so don't take more

than that. Even good stuff can overgrow. Everything in moderation! :)
