Guest guest
Flo and Deb,I have also questioned quantities post-op,but am finding that when your body needs fuel,it just seems to open up and can handle it! I can eat half a steak 1 day and barely a yogurt the next. It's been like this for awhile. I've also noticed the more I eat,the more I lose. I've even been on a crab leg and mushroom thing this week!$$$ I've got to stop eating expensive stuff! Why can't I crave a 's side salad! I'm still losing and still learning! Guest guest
, If you crave crab legs and mushrooms, then that is what your body needs. Nothing is too good for us now! I am trying to listen to my body. I felt kind of like I feel when I was pregnant, I would get a taste for certain things, usually healthy things, and that is all I wanted to eat. If I couldn't have it, I would wait until I could have it. And when I was pregnant was the only time in my life when I could count on losing weight. I weighed less with all 4 of my kids immediately after giving birth than I did when I got pregnant, and weighed about 20 pounds less right before delivery than I did when I got pregnant with 2 of them. I think this thing where we listen to our bodies is a good thing! Deb Glad I am not the only post MGB member of the pig out club
