Guest guest
re:<<<<<with Dr. Michet...hope this one is not a jerk>>>>> Sunshine, Dr. Michet is my doctor at Mayo and he's wonderful. Ask him to share with you how some of his other RP patients are doing, coping, etc. It's a source of hope and inspiration. As a matter of fact, one of our other RP members from Hawaii is seeing Dr. Michet as we speak. I'm anxious to hear how her visit went upon her return. This is only my opinion, but I'm living proof that with good doctors, good medicine and lots of hard work exercising, healthy eating, etc., I have shown this darn old disease who's boss - ME. It took a little over a year, but I've been able to control the RP. I'll never take for granted that it's gone away, but I found ways to keep it " asleep " and I intend to keep it that way for the rest of my long healthy and happy life!
