Welcome to the most wonderful group of people I know. They are truly like family to me. As for length of ear flares, Before I started treatment my longest ear flare was somewhere between 3 and 4 months it started in August and didn't end until Novemeber. Now that i am on treatment, they come and go quickly anywhere from hours to days, the treatment has diffenetly helped the durnation and severity of the flares. also my sed rate is almost always normal. I have had both ears flaring, ribs, and nose all at once and still have a sed rate in the normal range. Each of us are different.Rp reacts different in each person.

For those of you who have ear flares how long do they last? Hours, days, weeks? Does it vary from time to time? My right ear hurt for 2 hours one day and then suddenly stopped. Are yours only sore to touch or can you feel the pain without touching your ear/ears? Thanks!
