Guest guest Posted October 2, 2006 Report Share Posted October 2, 2006 hi guys, i was wondering if the ham / bacon i buy would be allowed on SCD. it is only made with pork and salt, has absolutely no additives... no antioxidants or nitrate - this is what the label says but i also rang the butcher to be 100% sure and it is just pork and salt. the other thing... do you all soak and dry your nuts to get rid of enzyme inhibitors? if so, i imagine you would make your own nut flour rather than buy it. what does this mean re:nut butters - do you make them also or are they easier to digest because of the oil??? roweena x mumma to audrey multiple food intolerances and leaky gut Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
