Michele... I have a friend here in Washington state who has a teenaged son

with autism who has been on SCD for I think about two years now. They started it

for behavior issues and it's been very successful.

Older ASD kids stories

My ASD son is older -12yrs. He was vaccine injured as a baby & is

severely autistic. He is completely non verbal, can't even do

academics, not potty trained. DAN! type treatments haven't done much

for him, nor has chelation or GFCF, which he's been for 5yrs.

We're in week 1 of SCD; finished the intro this past weekend. He's

extremely volitle today.

I'm needing to hear from folks who have older, low functioning kids

who they put on the diet & what happened. If there's anyone like that

can you please write me privately or onlist?
