Just starting the diet

Hi everyone ;]

I'm almost 1 month into the diet with mixed results. In the

beginning I was feeling great because of all the nutrients I was

getting. My diet used to consist of rice and peas everyday.

I think I may have added food too quickly though as I'm in a relapse

now. Trying to pinpoint specifically what it is as you all know is

really tough, but I've been really stupid in what I've been eating.

Everything I eat is legal, but probably meant for the advanced stage

of this diet.

I've been eating this homemade pizza made with ground pecans with

skins, and I think that's what's causing me pain. Almond flour is

so expensive.. those banana pancakes also are almost too good not to

eat but I guess I should wait awhile before adding these goodies?

As I'm now going to follow the starter diet, it doesn't seem like

eating chicken soup and yoghurt is going to get rid of the bad D,

and one thing that always suprised me is the beef. I would think

beef is the last thing I would want when feeling like this but what

do I know?

One question, it appears to me they say to eat chicken soup, and

beef together am I reading this wrong?
