Insurance papers

I sent my package to Dr. Rutledge and immediately got back an e-mail telling me

that my insurance papers were attached using MS2000. I don't have MS2000, I

have WordPerfect 6.0. When I called the office they told me that I was the only

one who hed ever had a problem and that it would be difficult for me to receive

and complete the insurance letter any other way. Is this possible?,. Am I

the only one who doesn't have MS2000? Has anyone else had this problem and,

if you did, how was it solved. Everything else went very smoothly until I hit

this obstacle.
