Well heres hoping

Well everyone here is the update so far. We are supposed to hear

back from the credit union today about the loan. So I hope that

comes through. Yesterday I was a bit frustrated. My ped at first

refused to sign the Angel flight papers. She stated she didnt

believe it was a medical emergency or necessary and commercial

flights " are a cheap option " I explained that I had already talked

with Angel flights, they stated my case sounded like something they

could help me with and that my financial need was a big thing. I

told her she did not know my cicumstances but that no Id looked into

it and I couldnt afford the 330.00 flight. She finally said she

would submit the papers. So I'm going to follow up with Angel

flights today and see if that was taken care of. That actually kind

of ticked me off. I wanted to tell her it was up to Angel flights to

deny me, NOT her. GRrrrr. So if Angel flights does not come through

for me I will have to drive the 12 hour drive to Arizona. I simply

cannot afford a flight. Sigh. Oh well I'll do what I have to do. I

finally got a call back from a regional Hanger person who was very

shocked at what I told her about the email thing and the

unprofessionalism. She really wanted me to stay with hanger of

course and I told her I already made other arrangments. She said she

will call me back and let me know what she can do.

Then I get an email from someone on the boards, stating they could

sell me their helmet for 300.00 plus shipping. I'm not sure who sent

the email but, of course I have to decline. you cant just sell your

helmet tosomeone else, when its made for your child specially. No

two children have the same head shape. Thanks for the offer and all

but of course I cannot do that.

Anyway everyone that is the update. I hope I'll have some better

news by the end of today.
