Are all frozen fruits legal if it doesn't indicate sugar is added. My

frozen peaches ingredients say: peaches, ascorbic acid, citric acid

adn malic acid to promote color retention. Wanted to try peach

icecream.

Hi Becky,

No. It depends on what ingredients are with the fruit. Some may

have illegals other than sugar.

This would be fine to use. The ascorbic acid and citric acid are

listed as legal on the BTVC website

http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/ under legal/illegals. Malic

acid is called the " fruit acid " since it comes from apples and other

fruit.

Peach ice cream sounds yummy :)
