Community Health Centers (CHCs) have provided comprehensive, culturally competent, quality primary health care services to medically underserved communities and vulnerable populations for more than 40 years. Health centers which receive federal funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) must meet a strict set of program requirements.
