My son has had a difficult start but I have alot of faith that we will ge better. One of his issues is moderate Plagiocephaly. He was diagnosed (if that's how you call it) in August. His insurance would ask for different things and once those items were provided they would ask for more and keep denying him. Cranial Tech informed me that this insurance never approved anyone but I was not going to give up. To make a long story short since August I have been fighting the decision and took it to the senators in my state (Florida). My son's case made it all the way to Tallahassee, state health agency and back. They finally approved him!! The moral of the story is don't give up, involve your senators, governors, health department and anyone else possible. These children depend on us and if we don't stand up for them who will? We are parents and can never give up!! Good luck to all of you that are fighting the insurance and struggling to get approved, never give up and have faith in God!!!
